things I learned on vacation…

*water centers and grounds me

*heat creates havoc on my body

*my brothers are far from boys now

*it was amazing to see my family totally out of their element

*I felt like I had been gone so much longer than a week

*being underwater…love it

*love how your body continues to rock after a day of snorkeling

*it is not so fun to be allergic to sunscreen

*my tan hands look like they belong to someone else

*the Boy would have had a fabulous time

*I love all the colors of water and how the color changes all the time

(I am developing photos today…hopefully tomorrow I will have proof of the vacation)

Your trip sounds lovely, I think being out of your element as at least good for a little while. It makes you love what you do and who you are on a daily basis. It also makes for some great stories.

I also love being under water but in some strange way I think I am a fire/heat person. I love heat!

    Hmm… and a dash of water too… a complete water baby through & through… so can I be earth & water? g

abby - good thing you grew up in the valley then!

ky - oh being tired after a fun swim is marvelous

maditi - I haven’t had tan hands in years, it is sort of strange

gracia - totally can be earth & water…I think more people are multiples, rather than a strong pull to one element

Yep…that would be me…in the air!

Great pictures of the pier in Placencia. And speaking of your family out of their element, Mom on the zip line in the jungle was way out of her element!
